Our Response to COVID-19

CIPPO has been carefully monitoring the rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic developments across Egypt and around the globe.

We believe that communication is key at a time like this, and we want to keep you informed as we make real-time decisions while also looking ahead and planning for our future.
 

Our top priority has always been (and will always be) the health and safety of our provider community, our employees and our customers. We take cleanliness and safety precautions very seriously with all our services

With that said, here are the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe and informed during this crisis.

  • CIPPO's charity projects are on pause. With covering more than 340 Children on weekly basis, it is with deep sadness that we hault our behavioural modification and social and emotional learning projects in both Hadayek El Ahram and Manshiet Nasser.
     

  • CIPPYs School Integration teaching services are up and running, with providing healthy and cautious integration teachers to the upcoming academic year.
     

  • CIPPYs social and emotional tutoring is open for business online, one-on-one and in mini-group settings. We conduct our sessions outdoor for further details on our at home procedures please follow this link.
     

  • Keeping gear clean and sanitized, and offering contactless delivery is our top priority as families begin sharing and renting stuff.
     

  • We have plenty of inventory including cribs, strollers, car seats, high chairs, toys, books and games. We understand that being cooped up with kids can be difficult. Renting new toys that your children haven’t seen or played with before can be a lifesaver.
     

  • Contactless delivery is currently available and will continue to be an option as the pandemic subsides. Just leave a note for your provider during checkout (in the ‘additional delivery information’ section) for contact-free delivery. We’ll leave your rented gear on your doorstep and text you when it has arrived.
     

  • Clean is our thing! All providers are thoroughly trained to meticulously clean and sanitize gear, no matter how large or small. 
     

  • If any of our providers or employees have been exposed to the coronavirus or are not feeling well, they will not operate.
     

  • We are thankful to report that none of the CIPPO employees or Providers have been infected with the virus as of this time.
