Fatemah Mohamed Abdel-Aziz Nasr holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The American University in Cairo (AUC), with a minor in Theater and extensive coursework in Political Science. She has also completed specialized training in English language teaching (FELT).
During the 2024–2025 academic year, Fatemah worked as an Integration Teacher across early years settings, including BCCIS Kindergarten and Preschool. She supported a neurodivergent child with attention difficulties, hyperactivity, and sensory processing challenges. Her goals focused on improving task organization and focus, fostering peer interaction, supporting routine adherence, and encouraging active participation in classroom activities. Fatemah regularly implemented visual schedules, pre-task discussions, reinforcement systems, and movement breaks tailored to the child’s sensory needs. She adapted learning tasks, modeled appropriate behavior, and provided consistent support to ensure the child’s meaningful inclusion in group activities.
Through this experience, Fatemah developed her skills in classroom adaptation, professional communication, and in creating safe, supportive environments that promote regulation, engagement, and social connection for young neurodiverse learners.
