I joined CIPPO out of a deep passion for providing one-on-one support to children in need - an alignment that stemmed from my prior experience. I was especially motivated by the lack of neurodiversity awareness in local schools, and saw CIPPO as the ideal environment to apply and grow my skills in my greatest passion: helping and teaching children
