With a strong academic background in psychology and hands-on experience in both educational and organizational environments, she is devoted to creating affirming spaces where all children feel safe, heard, and capable.

    Logien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The American University in Cairo, with a minor in Film. Her academic and extracurricular journey reflects a passion for child development, emotional intelligence, and community engagement. She thrives in dynamic environments where relationships are central, and her approach centers on empathy, adaptability, and strategic collaboration.

    Her professional experience includes leading roles in student support and organizational strategy—from public relations and HR leadership at AUC to L&D and employee engagement initiatives in a leading real estate firm. She has also contributed to inclusive educational environments through creative event planning, strategic outreach, and systems development. These experiences have honed her ability to listen actively, plan responsively, and co-create structures that promote belonging and growth.

    As a School Integration Teacher at CIPPO, Logien provides holistic support across social, emotional, and academic domains. She works closely with school teams and families to co-design responsive plans that reflect each child’s unique strengths, communication style, and developmental needs.

    Whether supporting emotional regulation, fostering peer connection, or advocating for learner agency, Logien is deeply committed to a world where every child’s identity, needs, and voice are honored with care, curiosity, and consistency.
