Pro Inclusion

A Level 3-4 practitioner is a seasoned inclusion practitioner who can independently manage complex classroom situations while collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.

• Experience & Training: Inclusive or special-needs classrooms, advanced ICAP training, and at least one specialty credential (e.g., behavior support, structured literacy, sensory regulation).

• Core Competencies: Designs and implements daily inclusion plans and proactive behavior supports. Facilitates peer interaction and task adaptation with minimal external prompting. Produces data-driven progress notes and communicates trends to parents and supervisors.

• Scope of Support: Ideal for children who require consistent, individualized strategies but do not yet need team-level program leadership.

• English Proficiency: ̶S̶l̶i̶g̶h̶t̶l̶y̶ ̶C̶o̶n̶v̶e̶r̶s̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶-̶ ̶C̶o̶n̶v̶e̶r̶s̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶-̶ ̶Professional-Advanced -̶ ̶F̶l̶u̶e̶n̶t̶

• A Level 3 or 4 Inclusion Practitioner assigned full-time to your child’s classroom

• Daily presence and support focused on regulation, participation, transitions, and peer interaction

• Personalized strategies tailored to your child’s strengths, needs, and classroom demands

• Daily documentation and monthly progress tracking

• In-school supervision and strategy reviews by senior team members

• Coordination with external therapists or school specialists when needed

• Parent check-ins and periodic updates to ensure alignment

• A consistent, skilled practitioner who understands your child and adapts proactively to challenges

• A structured, goal-oriented inclusion plan that evolves as your child grows

• Clear communication from the practitioner and inclusion team

• Improved participation, smoother classroom routines, and better peer engagement over time

• A collaborative relationship between CIPPO, the school, and your family—centered around your child’s progress
