Mondays, 3:30-5:00 | Confidence Crew (all ages) with Mariam Boost self-esteem through fun, creative activities that help kids recognize their strengths! Kids will engage in self-portrait art, positive affirmations, confidence-building challenges, and expressive movement exercises. This session is designed to empower kids with a strong sense of self-worth and self-expression. Week 1: "What makes me awesome?"—self-expression through art Week 2: Positive self-talk & affirmations—creating confidence mantras Week 3: Storytelling for self-esteem—rewriting self-doubt into self-belief Week 4: Personal power poses & confidence showcase
