Service Description

Tuesdays, 2:00-3:30 | Feelings & Colors (all ages) with Mahi Emotions come to life through art! Kids will use colors, textures, and different artistic techniques to explore and express their feelings. Each week, they’ll engage in a new creative project. This is a wonderful way to help kids process and communicate their emotions in a safe, supportive space. Week 1: "Emotion color wheel"—exploring feelings through colors Week 2: "Inside-out self-portraits"—expressing emotions through different textures Week 3: "Feeling monsters"—transforming big feelings into creative artwork Week 4: "Message from my heart"—art journaling for emotional expression
