Sundays, 2:00-3:30 | Sensory Explorers (ages 4-6) with Mariam & Jana Dive into a world of textures, sounds, and movement in this hands-on sensory play session! Kids will explore different sensory stations designed to enhance regulation, fine and gross motor skills, and self-awareness. Whether it’s playing with kinetic sand, exploring water beads, or engaging in movement-based sensory activities, this session supports sensory integration in a fun and engaging way. Week 1: Hands-on sensory play with water, sand, and texture bins Week 2: Movement-based sensory activities (balance games, obstacle courses) Week 3: Sound & vibration play (instruments, rhythmic movement, sound baths) Week 4: Create-your-own sensory toolkit (personalized fidget toys, calming jars)
