Service Description

Thursdays, 2:00-3:30 | Zen & Zoom (all ages) with Karen A unique blend of mindfulness and movement designed to help kids regulate their energy, focus, and emotions. Each session includes a mix of gentle stretching, guided breathing, movement-based meditation, and playful activities like yoga storytelling and calming sensory exercises. Week 1: Breath & movement—learning to calm the body through fun activities Week 2: Yoga storytelling—interactive movement through imaginative storytelling Week 3: Energy release—fun games to shake out tension and reset focus Week 4: Calm-down toolbox—creating personalized mindfulness strategies
