I graduated from Cairo University with a B.A. in marketing. I am an advocate for kid’s psychological wellbeing and I absolutely love working with them. I'm eager to provide your child with the best psychological programs that will help them grow and develop their character. As an integrated teacher I'll be working closely with your child in their natural environment and day to day course of action. I'm excited to meet you and your child.

I've had always this eagerness to explore how children see the world around us, being able to notice as they're overcoming their challenges and struggles, gain their confidence, and have their own identity. Surprisingly, when you're accompanying a child in a change journey, you're not just the one who teaches them something, but you learn great things yourself, and create funny and lovable moments. That's why taking on such opportunity with CIPPO has been a priority for me, since I've known about it.

My name is Alaa. I graduated with psychology degree from Ain Shams University. I love children and would love to have the opportunity to work with them. Im excited to join CIPPO because it provides a supportive community. It facilities the organization and communication between parents, integration teachers, and case manager.

I want to join CIPPO because I believe it's a place for me to follow what I am passionate in which is helping children, and it goes even beyond my passion because I will be able to teach and learn from working in this field.

At this point in my life, I am applying to an MA in Education in Belgium and want to pursue this career. I've been given this chance, knowledge, and education and I feel the desire to give it back, especially to children. We have technology that is developing worldwide, but how would that help if children of today aren't given the opportunities and skills and attention to fully develop. I strongly believe that I could benefit CIPPO due to the qualities I have: adaptability, flexibility, desire to learn and research more about different strategies and interventions to help children no matter how unique each child is.

I am passionate and empathetic in my work. I have worked with children with special needs to support them in a way that allows them to have as much control as possible in all aspects of their lives, in healthy and safe ways.

I want to join CIPPO because I believe that when I was first approached to deal with a child as an integration teacher, I was uncomfortable that I would be alone; I didn't understand that I would be supervised. CIPPO, to me, represents having the knowledge and being supervised, and having someone to reach out to when I need support, making things transparent and giving me confidence and help avoid complications due to my lack of knowledge. Cause working with children is based on clinical judgement and I didn't study psychology and I want the practical aspect of it so I can continue to learn. I love to research and I love to learn more about ASD and psychology. I want to join CIPPO to learn and to work while being supported and have this supervision and source of knowledge that I can turn to whenever I need.

I think it's a tailored opportunity for me to integrate everything I've learned and my experience and is a chance to make a difference in a child's life. It is a job with challenges, which is something I like. It allows me to have consistency and a continual relationship with one child which is different from my previous experience.

I’m a foundation stage class teacher with effective classroom management skills, good awareness of using the positive discipline techniques and a passion of helping students of all abilities achieve their potential. I have been working as a teacher for 6 years, 5 of them are in the IB system. During these 6- years, I have crafted an extensive teaching skill set that enables me to create lesson and unit plans that student find genuinely interesting and make them more like inquirers, knowledgeable and good communicators to search, learn, and be able to realize their skills and needs.
