Our collaborative approach is rooted in the belief that everyone is part of the solution. We work as a team, including parents, teachers, and integration teachers, to ensure that your child gets the best care.

At CIPPO, we pride ourselves on providing well-informed school integration teachers (SITs) who help children INTEGRATE within mainstream classrooms by attending to their EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, and ACADEMIC needs while bridging the gap between school, home, and centers.  We utilize a range of different techniques and strategies, to make sure your child is integrated in his environment.

Our SITs receive continuous, all year round training through our Grow To Impact Academy, case manager supervision, and an objective-oriented individualized intervention plan.  This plan is set by the SITs, the case manager, and the parents based on the intake form, observational assessment, as well as the parents' requests.

​

Integration teachers send daily and monthly reports to keep track of progress which helps us align strategies, ensure effectiveness as well as stay in communication with the child's center and home.

" We had a problem with my son who has a speech delay , and we needed an extra help as soon as possible , at first i sent cippo a facebook msg, and i answered the online detailed questionnaire , their quick response was amazing they called me and then a nice young lady came and did an assessment for my son at school, and sent me a detailed report of the problems that we r facing , and then they started the search of the suitable teacher .We have now an amazing teacher that my son loves so much , and when she is absent they send a replacement so there is always a teacher with my son. "
